• Best for: Small to medium dogs — we recommend for pets up to about ~40 lbs (examples: Beagle, French Bulldog, Corgi, small Terrier mixes). The tent is long enough for most small/medium dogs to lie stretched out, and the height provides comfortable headroom when resting.
How to check fit for your dog:
1) Measure your dog lying on their side from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail. Add 6–8 in to that number — the result should be less than 47.2 in for a comfortable length fit.
2) Measure your dog’s widest point (usually chest). It should be comfortably less than 24.8 in so your pet can turn and move.
3) Measure shoulder height (or sitting height if your dog sits upright). For comfortable headroom, the number should be less than 19.7 in.
Quick fit rule: Nose-to-base-of-tail + 6–8 in should be under 47.2 in, and shoulder height should be under 19.7 in. If your dog likes to stretch fully when sleeping, err toward the extra 8 in.
