How to check if a size will fit your pet:
- Measure your pet lying down from nose to the base of the tail (not including the tail). This is the pet's length.
- Add 4–6 inches to that length for comfortable stretching. If the result is less than or equal to the bed's length, the bed should be a good fit.
- For width, measure the widest part of your pet (usually the shoulders). The bed's width should be equal to or wider than this measurement.
Quick examples: a dog with a lying length of 14 in needs a bed at least ~18 in long (Medium will fit). A dog with a lying length of 20 in needs a bed at least ~24 in long (Large will fit).
