How to choose the right size
- Measure your dog lying down: measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail — this is the length your dog occupies when resting.
- Also note shoulder width (the widest point when lying); the mat width should be at least as wide as this measurement.
- Choose a mat where both dimensions (L and W) are equal to or larger than your dog's lying length and shoulder width. If your dog curls tightly, allow a few inches of extra space for movement.
If you're between sizes, pick the larger one for more comfort. Avoid placing the mat in direct sunlight to maintain cooling performance.
