- Best for: Small dogs and many medium dogs — we recommend for dogs up to ~25 lbs (examples: French Bulldog, Pug, Beagle, small terriers).
- Fit check (quick): Place a sheet of paper or card sized 7.1 x 8.1 in next to your dog's muzzle. If your dog can comfortably reach the center of that area while standing at the feeding spot, the mat will fit well.
- How to measure your dog: 1) Measure muzzle width at the widest point across the nose and cheeks. 2) Measure reach from your dog's chest to the tip of the nose while standing. Compare those measurements to the mat size above — the dog should be able to reach the mat center without stretching uncomfortably.
- The mat's concave surface and suction-cup base are designed for use on smooth floors or walls and work well for lickable wet treats, peanut butter, yogurt, or similar spreads.
