- One-size model designed for small cats and small dogs. Based on the product photos and intended use, we recommend this blanket for pets up to approximately 20 lbs (examples: adult cats, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, toy and small terrier breeds).
- How to check if it will fit your pet: measure in inches — Back length: from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail. Chest girth: around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs. If your pet's back length is about 14 in or less and chest girth is about 18 in or less, this blanket should comfortably cover them and fit well inside small carriers or beds.
- Placement tips: Use the blanket inside a carrier, small crate, pet bed, or on the floor. The low-voltage USB cord should remain accessible and the pet should be able to lie naturally on the heated surface.
- If your pet is longer or heavier than the guidance above, consider whether a larger heat pad or a different heated bed is a better option; for most small breeds and adult cats this product provides a snug, warm surface.
